Stillwater Civil is a focused civil and water-resources engineering firm serving public agencies, municipalities, developers, and partner consultants. We provide hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, floodplain studies, drainage design, and infrastructure support with direct senior-level involvement throughout the work.
Our structure is intentionally lean. Clients work directly with technical and subject matter experts for coordination and delivery. The result is a more responsive process, concise communication, and work grounded in engineering discipline rather than unnecessary overhead.
